ANDY GRAY

Denver is home. I‘m a native, product of Denver Public Schools, skier, and proud supporter of our hometown teams. I can usually be found walking my dogs Steve and Reggie in City Park, having a beer at a local brewery with my wife Emily (happy to share some of our go-to spots), skiing in bounds and in the backcountry or coaching rugby at East High.

Real estate is in my blood. My family has been investing in residential real estate in Metro Denver for more than 20 years and I have seen firsthand how it can be an instrumental tool in the pursuit of financial freedom. Helping people connect with real estate wherever they are in their journey is why I do what I do.

Being from Denver, I have a deep love for our amazing neighborhoods. There is always something new and cool popping up around the corner. As Denver evolves, I find it especially important to acknowledge the history of its places, spaces and people that made this city such a great place to live.

In my career I have been fortunate to wear many hats in the real estate industry. I cut my teeth working in commercial real estate. I was fortunate to negotiate complex retail, restaurant and office transactions, manage office buildings in Downtown Denver and consult with premier real estate firms.

I have coupled experience with living in Denver my entire life to help my clients achieve their real estate goals.
